REFLECTION
I chose this topic because it affects a lot of people who are part of my community. Minority students specifically. I focused on their struggles and why they have these, how it affects us, and possible solutions. Of course it’s hard to change this but speaking up about it is necessary to make an impact. Some obstacles I faced while putting this documentary together were having to figure out what software I would use. To be honest I was really stressed at the moment, I just opened iMovie on my tablet because I remembered my cousin and I had made a funny trailer on there. I had already forgotten how to use it but I started playing around with it and finally added my interviews,background sound, and pictures. I tried to add the voice over and this took me a long time to record and edit together so timing would be good and photos would show up at the right time.
